·         Must have matric.

·         A CLEAR CRIMINAL RECORD

·         Responsible for generating system quotes for the company on MS Excel and MS Word.

·         Maintain the Pricelist (database) on Excel  due to price increases

·         Must be able to meet quotation Deadlines

·         Attention to detail is important.

·         Training will be given on the equipment and systems.

·         There will probably be a few ad hoc duties that will be added on e.g. circulating the company newsletter; sending manual to clients, sending photos, maybe some technical assistance after the individual has been trained.

 

Requirements:

·         Excel is a must (especially formulas and understanding of macros etc.)

·         Having own transport is an advantage
